I am going to tell you the new club penguin item code that will give you a ghost outfit and it is completely free! here it is:

FANTASMA - ghost costume 

just go to the gift shop and where the catalogues are there is another reddish catalogue click on it and at the top it says  code click it and it should come up with this. Type in the code and bingo your very own ghost costume :D
